Life Under Sanatana Dharma
Preamble: It is my wish that human life should continue to flourish for eternity it seems those who rule our world are bent on our collective destruction. Many inspired people have tried and somehow even succeeded in creating sustainable communities however if humanity is to endure as has been proved possible, we need to reinvent our societies to become truly sustainable and these are ideas in support of this goal.
Our modern world is being fragmenting day by day according to the whims of every new political statement/ideology that some choose to believe and act upon. This ongoing social fragmentation has created wars in many parts of our world and isolated people into such a false sense of individuality that they attempt to escape their self created suffering through various pleasures, beliefs and ideologies which gives them a token sense of pleasure and of being part of something greater than themselves.
There is a great obsession with right and wrong ,but in deciding how we live, a cursory review of the past will show us the 'why' of the rise and fall of civilisations, but we can also see a region that was different and has endured for millennia while other civilisations came and went.
We know that significantly different region as India and there is ample evidence that its influence encompassed most of the world before the invention of capitalism after which it too became infected. Consequently the communal efforts to understand the nature of existence became sidelined yet the land of India still flourishes and offers solutions to set our world right.
Sanatana Dharma is a social system and a way of living based on finding a sense of harmony with nature, and combining our outward view of the world with knowing the inner workings of our bodies and minds.
From our current global perspective it is a communal and democratic way of living with minimal governance yet present as we are in a state of almost universal distrust beyond the things we choose to believe in even though they have no inherent reality.
So, how would our world look if we could all come together not for any self-fulfilling purpose but simply because when we look at life we see it as absolutely wonderful beyond words and we want our children and their children to be able to witness and enjoy a fabulous life on earth for at least the remainder of the billions of years that planet earth is going to be available to us.
Our World With Sanatana Dharma
In understanding our own nature and the somewhat unpredictable nature of planet Earth, the movement of tectonic plates, changes in seasons and elements that both enable and threaten our lives, we would:
- not build our homes and cities on the floodplains.
- consider ourselves as products of the earth which provides all the elements of our physicality.
- be less concerned about accumulating wealth and more concerned with leaving a legacy that our children and their children's children could be proud of and in which they could flourish.
- have less government but a government that serves the real needs of the people to survive and to be happy.
- we would not be paying taxes in the same way, taxes would in effect be donations for showing responsibility towards the needs of all citizens.
- the economy would be based on real needs rather than on personal greed.
- be more self sufficient
- competition would be about being and doing one's best.
- with greater fairness and real justice there would be less crime,
- our daily occupations would-be activities that we find pleasurable as they would be rewarding within themselves and rewarding because such activities and creativity supports the community.
- have a strong military and civilian home guard to protect land and people.
- have a health care system more focussed on prevention and less dependent on drugs.
- in short, our lifestyle would become more natural where everyone shares responsibility for the coherence and functioning of society in a manner that no one is left out. Given the state of our world today we are well and our accumulated by those least capable of any real concern for humanity and more often are simply using humanity to achieve their own ends, our world would be a much better place.
This would require a drastic shift in education with children being taught the real truth of our seemingly unusual nature, and equipped with the scientific tools to explore not only the physical dimensions around us, but the outer reaches of our own internal space through yoga and meditation.
Money would likely become obsolete yet everyone would be able to share the abundance of nature and ensure that they and those around them were able to fill their bellies and have comfortable accommodations.
In terms of housing, in single rise of urban settings there would be minimal regulation beyond the bounds of common sense, and perhaps as some religious groups in North America, construction of homes would be a communal activity. However high-rise buildings would have similar requirements as today for safety and function.
The goal of all societies besides ensuring the necessary creature comforts for all citizens would be the storage of food supplies to last a good 7 years as was previously done in many places.
We would for the most part it what was grown in our own region which would mean an end to 'food miles'. This would force most communities to adapt but it would also make them more resilient.
With the gradual transition towards what would be undoubtedly a new way of living for everyone, all our existing technologies would be retained although it's probable that most of the big data (cloud) centres would be close to return electricity and water supplies to the adjacent towns and overall our dependence on technology would be reduced.
More on Why and How to get there?
Getting from adharma to Dharma is a very courageous move and as we see in various countries where people have rebelled and fought to win back a degree of sanity and autonomy as an alternative to the often savage conditions imposed by various cults and dictators, change is not necessarily easy.
However in countries that have not been completely taken over by communists and dictators, countries where the rule of law and civil decency still functions, the tools of government and law are the best of medium for change and ensuring that the country's infrastructure is not damaged.
So the ideal form of transition is through softening the elected leadership while maintaining law and order combined with upgrading the education system. Unfortunately every country is entangled in a web of agreements with other governments and under the thumb of a multitude of United Nations agencies who serve as functionaries for multinational corporations and are dominated by Islamists who seek absolute control of all life on earth. (If you do not believe this point, read the Koran.)
The process of extracting ones country from the international shackles it's probably more difficult than transforming the country and the communities within it because as we know what is referred to as the 'deep state' is hostile to any state that attempts to break away from corporate control and you will find lists of countries that have been invaded and of democratically elected governments that have been replaced by tyrants.
There's an old saying that 'the road to hoe' is a very difficult and dangerous one so let's return to the state of the world at present. One does not have to be a conspiracy theorist to understand that covered was a man-made disease and the vaccination programme forced upon us was inherently flawed and some would say highly malicious. There is lots of publicly available evidence supporting this observation.
We have choices, we can do nothing and as is happening in the UK and other places, newborns are being issued with a digital ID which is also being forced onto the rest of us so that we become more deeply enslaved to an evolving dangerous and malicious global enterprise consisting of people who have ample wealth and leisure, but absolutely no humanity as was the case of those in the German administration of World War II.
But, if by some remote chance our countrymen and women can unite and coerce our governments through the power of the electorate to step back from international treaties and actively defend ourselves then we have a chance of restoring a sense of sanity to the world.
There are also other options which are not exactly solutions. The 1st is to immerse yourself in the practice of yoga and free yourself of all illusions by attaining enlightenment. The 2nd is to simply submit to the impositions being placed upon us and keep your fingers crossed knowing that we are the last humans to have such a great sense of freedom.
However, you are not alone stop there are people within every community who want to break the shackles of indebtedness and discover their humanity amidst those who would simply drown their sorrows and carry on which of course is part of option number 2.
Option 1 is far more expensive, with yoga you come to understand your own body mind and keep physically fit in a way that makes you more resilient to the various diseases that plague us and by knowing your own mind it you can more clearly see through the bull shit. But another aspect of yoga is being of service to your community which can be achieved in many ways.
So if you think about human existence on earth, we don't know the how or when we arrived but when you stop, take a breath and look around, life is totally awesome and our bodies are made and sustained by the substance of the earth and air. So let's appreciate that and contemplate how you can help make our living arrangements on this planet more pleasant for everyone alive today and for future generations.
